A Fierce Advocate and a Calming Spirit
Throughout her career, Emily E. Rubenstein has worked with an array of clients, from celebrities and social media influencers to executives, doctors, lawyers, business owners, creatives, and stay-at-home parents.

In domestic violence cases, she has achieved permanent domestic violence restraining orders and has protected clients from false allegations of domestic violence. She also volunteers regularly for Los Angeles County Bar Association's Domestic Violence Services Project.
Many domestic violence cases involve divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support. Ms. Rubenstein has extensive experience settling and litigating child custody and visitation disputes, including use of private custody evaluations, private co-parenting counselors, parenting plan assessments, and professionally supervised visitations.

Further, Ms. Rubenstein negotiates and litigates divorce, spousal support, and child support cases, both amicable and contentious. She works with appraisers, forensic accountants, and other financial experts to identify, characterize, and protect assets and income.

Ms. Rubenstein appears regularly before the Los Angeles Superior Court and has successfully argued before the California Court of Appeal.
